Returns Policy

We appreciate each and every one of our customers and will ensure you are completely happy with your purchase. Custom orders are created just for you and are not returnable. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your non-custom order purchase, please feel free to return it within 30 days for a full return in the original payment received. All discounted floor model furniture purchases are final sales. Any item that has been used or has any odors (smoke/pets) cannot be returned.
